Whites Signature Stew                                    £7

We've been told time and time again how good this dish is, we never get

tired of hearing it though! Succulent Braised Irish Lamb, selection of

seasonal vegetables and covered in a rich gravy and served in a large

Yorkshire Pudding. 

 

Portavogie Beer Battered Scampi                         £8.50

Ok, so they aren't sourced too locally, but Portavogie is just down the coast,

It still counts! Fine fresh Scampi, coated in a crunchy Beer Batter, with

our delicious Tartar Sauce and a Lemon Wedge. Served with your choice

of side dish...we recommend the Garlic Potatoes.

 

Whites Own Lasagne                                     £7.50

Our chefs interpretation of the classic rustic Italian dish. You probably know

by now what Lasagne is, take our word for it...ours is great. Accompanied

by a Garlic Bread Wedge and your choice of a side dish...we recommend

the Side Salad.      

 

Ulster Fry                                                   £7

There are two types of people in this world, those who have had an Ulster Fry

and those that should try it. Ours is a particularly fine example if we do

say so ourselves. It's a big dish so here it goes...Irish Frying Ham,

2 Steak Sausages, Soda Bread, Potato Bread, Vegetable Roll,

Mushrooms, Tomato and of course, 2 Fried Eggs.

Top o' the mornin' to ye...or afternoon if you like...

 

Pan Fried Escalope of Chicken                        £8.50

A rather Large Irish Butterfly Chicken Breast coated in our own seasoned

Breadcrumb mixture and served with a Whisky and Peppercorn Sauce,

a generous helping of Fresh Market Vegetables with your choice of side

to accompany... we recommend the Champ.

 

 Whites Club Sandwich                                 £7

A good Club Sandwich can be a great Club Sandwich oh so easily, we make

ours great with a Triple Layer of White Bread, a thick slice of Frying Ham,

Fried Egg, Roasted Chicken Breast, crunchy fresh Lettuce, thickly sliced

Tomato and topped off with a dollop of Light Mayo.

 

BBQ Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich                   £8

Philadelphia meets Belfast here... Prime Irish Sirloin Strips, Fresh Mixed

Peppers, Sautéed Mushrooms & Onions, Barbeque Sauce then Pan Fried

and topped with Melted Cheddar Cheese...served on a Thick Slice of Ciabatta.

 

Sausage and Mash                                        £8

Bangers and Mash...it is what it is, but this is how it should be.

Our Sausage selection changes daily so check with your server. Whatever

you choose, it'll be served on a thick bed of Creamy Mash or Champ and

covered with Rich Gravy.

 

Whites Burger                                           £6.50

8oz of Prime Irish Lean Ground Steak seasoned by our own fair hands to

our very specific recipe. Topped with Back Bacon, Grated Mature Cheddar,

Sautéed Mushrooms & Onions and finished off with Barbeque Sauce. It

Comes with a side too...it's a Burger...Chips are the natural choice. Oh, and

there's a Salad Garnish aswell.

 

Whites Curry                                                  £8.50

Our subtle yet spicy sauce contains Mixed Peppers, Onions & Mushrooms,

It's not too hot but it is a bit of a builder. You have the choice of Beef Curry,

Chicken Curry or Vegetarian Curry. Choose from either Rice or Chips...or

half of each if you like.

 

Whites Chicken Burger                                      £8

An Irish born and bred Butterfly Chicken Breast, and a big one at that...

We coat it in Breadcrumbs that we've seasoned ourselves then we top it with

Back Bacon, Mature Cheddar Cheese, Sautéed Onions & Mushrooms and

light Mayo. This also comes with a Salad Garnish and your choice of side

dish...we suggest the Garlic Potatoes

 

 

Salmon & Prawn Fishcakes                              £8.50

Our own blend of finely flaked fresh Irish Salmon, Mash Potato, fresh-water

Prawns & Scallions. We lightly crumble the mixture, coat it thinly in

Breadcrumbs then shallow fried until Golden Brown. You can choose

a side dish, we think the Side Salad goes best.

 

Chicken Goujons                                              £8

One of our most popular dishes...Home-made Goujons made from 100%

Irish Chicken Breast, breaded and lightly fried. Comes with a Sweet Chili

Dip or a Garlic Mayo Dip and a House Garnish. It comes with a

side dish...personally I'd pick the Garlic Potatoes, but of course it's

your choice!  

 

Caesar Salad                                                   £8

The classic salad! Ours is made with Fresh Cos Lettuce, Crispy Bacon Pieces,

Croutons and Parmesan Shavings, finished off with a creamy Caesar

Dressing. Let us know if you want it with Chicken, with Prawns or no

meat whatsoever.
